Kait Johnston (she/her)

Teacher

Kait found yoga at 21, drawn by a deep curiosity for the spiritual path. Her very first class was so profound it set her on a lifelong journey of practice, study, and teaching. Since then, she’s completed over 700 hours of training in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Trauma-Informed teaching, and Traditional Tantric Hatha, alongside certifications in cold exposure, breathwork, and sound healing.

Before teaching yoga, Kait worked as a personal trainer, and her background in functional movement continues to shape the safe, accessible approach she brings to every class. Devotion to yoga’s eight limbs has guided her own healing, sobriety, and sense of coming home to herself – and she now shares these practices with the intention of supporting others on their path.

In her classes, you’ll find thoughtful sequences, moments of pause, and an invitation to turn inward. She weaves together philosophy, breath, and movement in a way that grounds, restores, and opens space for self-discovery.
