Before stepping into the world of yoga, Jenny danced across some of Canada’s most celebrated stages, performing with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen and The Chimera Project. The discipline, artistry, and body awareness of ballet still shape the way she teaches—offering many pathways into a single posture so every student can find their own way in. Variations are her love language, but never at the expense of the deeper roots of the practice.
For over a decade, Jenny has been guiding students on and off the mat, leading international retreats, and gathering more than 1,000 hours of training in diverse styles and approaches. Recently, her curiosity for whole-person wellbeing led her to become a certified Holistic Nutritionist, working one-on-one with clients navigating everything from Endometriosis to Type 2 Diabetes to Alzheimer’s prevention.
Her classes are a blend of creativity, care, and play—spaces where students can both challenge themselves and fully exhale, leaving lighter than when they arrived.
