Hummingbird Silent

So much of our day is filled with sound — honking horns, background chatter, constant input. This class offers a rare pause from all of that. A chance to practice in near silence, supported by music rather than words.

This is a quietly guided practice, led primarily through visual cueing. The teacher practices front and centre, offering a clear rhythm to follow while leaving spaciousness for your own inner guidance to emerge.

With minimal verbal instruction and a carefully chosen musical landscape, students are invited to move inward, deepen their breath, and settle into a more meditative quality of practice. Many find that the music supports focus and presence, gently quieting both outer distractions and the busy mind.

Offered twice weekly:

  • Mondays 8pm 60 min (with live music)

  • Sundays 8am 90 mins

This type of practice is best experienced if you’re somewhat familiar with the regular Hummingbird Hatha series (even if you’ve only been to a couple of classes).
Heated practice room: 37ºC
