The 100% rubber material gives this high-quality mat its powerful grippy surface. With it you can feel assured that your hands and feet will stay planted and grounded, as you breathe, sink in, and move through your practice. How to Clean: mix with water and mild detergent then rinse clean, or spray a mixture of half vinegar/water…wipe dry, lay flat and allow to air dry out of direct sunlight. From the mother/daughter small family business Love My Mat comes the Flax & Lavender Eye-Pillow that will forever change your savasana experience.
These cotton eye pillows are large enough to rest comfortably over the eyes and forehead. Filled with the perfect amount of flax seeds to help release tension and encourage rest. These seeds are scented with therapeutic-grade lavender essential oil and a pinch of dried lavender buds to help deepen your savasana, relieve headaches, or extend your afternoon nap.
The unique covers are handmade by local women with repurposed fabrics that are removable and machine washable.

Another high-quality, handmade product from Love My Mat is the 10 pound sandbag—great for providing weighted pressure and resistance in a variety of poses. You’ll likely find that two are better than one.
Pre-filled with clean sand, the inner liner of this 8”x8.5” bag is made with durable ripstop fabric to prevent leakage, while the outer covers are unique from repurposed and forgotten fabrics. Along with a sturdy carry handle, easily remove the covers to machine wash.

MASSAGE THERAPY BALLS
These massage therapy balls are a travel-friendly foam roller replacement, with a smaller, more localized area to better support pain and muscle tension relief. The material is specifically formulated to release fascial tissue, and work wonderful as a pair while in the tote bag for a lovely self- massage of the muscles that run along the spine, or can be used singularly if you have a need a more knot. These feel like a self0directed deep tissuemassage, and are wonderful to keep a pair at home, at the office, in the car, or before/after yoga.
