Hot Vinyasa Yin begins with breath-led movement to awaken the body, gentle initially, gradually deepening in challenge through vinyasa flows to increase heart rate, tone muscles, and sharpen concentration..
 

As the practice unfolds into the second half of class, the pace softens into longer-held yin yoga postures, offering time to settle, release, and listen more closely within as we stretch deeper tissue (fascia and ligaments).

Moving from effort toward stillness, this class creates space for both vitality and quiet restoration.
