Meg’s journey with yoga began during a challenging time, illuminating the practice in a whole new light. Stepping onto her mat, she found a sanctuary to slow down, reconnect, and consciously forge a different path. The profound mental, emotional, and physical benefits of the asana practice resonated deeply with her, amplified by the support of a nurturing community.

In 2018, Meg completed her first teacher training, sparking a passion to share yoga’s transformative power. Since then, she has taken several additional trainings and teaches a variety of classes including Modo, Modo Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin. Fueling her dedication to growth, Meg is currently completing a Soul Coaching training.

As a teacher, her mission is to empower others to tap into their growth potential and experience the holistic healing that yoga provides. With every class, Meg endeavours to offer an accepting space for exploration and self-discovery through breath, movement and mindfulness.
